Kerrville - Hill Country Flood Memorial Wall dedication

Friday morning a crowd attended the dedication of the Hill Country Flood Memorial Wall at the Coming King Sculpture Garden in Kerrville. I spoke with Bobby Woods of the Vice President of the Coming King Foundation.
