John Rivenburgh, owner of Kerrville Hills Winery created Texas’ first wine incubator to educate and support local vintners. Rivenburgh helped Schreiner University to establish an enology and viticulture program. Texas wine contributes almost 20 and a half billion dollars to the US economy says the National Association of American Wineries.
