Kerrville Lennar Homes TIRZ - second reading postponed

The second reading for the annexation of Lennar Homes subdivision Windridge and the TIRZ request was to take place yesterday. It has been postponed to November 14th. City Council approved annexation in the first reading recently plus a TIRZ request. A TIRZ is a tax increment reinvestment zone.
