Kerrville man arrested for meth possession

A Kerrville man was arrested for meth possession last week during a traffic stop. Kerrville PD made the arrest on highway 173. As the vehicle pulled over, the driver threw something out the window which was found to be 48 grams of methamphetamine. Jose Luis Elizarraras was booked for the meth possession, tampering with evidence, an altered license plate and driving while license invalid with a previous conviction. He’s being held pending bond.
