Kerrville - possible murder-suicide

Possible murder-suicide in Kerrville being investigated by The Police Department.  Two adults, a female and male were found deceased inside a residence in the 600 block of Lois Street Wednesday morning. KPD officers responded to a call for a welfare check of an adult male who had not been seen for several days. Officers made entry into the residence and located two people with gunshot wounds. Both were pronounced deceased at the scene. Identified were Shannon Ratliff, 62 and Wayne Ratliff, 64.  He died from a suspected self-inflicted gunshot wound. The investigation is ongoing.
