Kerrville - River of Angels memorial moving to Ingram

The River of Angels memorial wall in Kerrville will move to a new location on Monday according to Kerrville Mayor Joe Herring, Jr. This weekend is the last opportunity to visit the wall memorializing the "River of Angels" in its original location on Water Street in Kerrville. On Monday, the memorial wall will move to the Hill Country Arts Foundation campus in Ingram.
