Kerrville - Roman Garcia attends inauguration

Former Kerrville Councilman Roman Garcia attended Monday’s presidential inauguration in Washington DC. He called into Ranch Radio and gave us a perspective of the atmosphere. AUDIO: 51 SEC  CUE: IN LINE. Roman was one of the 20 thousand people who were in the Capitol One Arena. Garcia also managed to get a spot up close and near the stage.
