A posted route map to get to and from Kerrville’s 4th on the River is on the City of Kerrville Facebook page. Be aware of road closures and detours. Traffic flow will be impacted and you should expect delays. The major traffic congestion in this area usually lasts less than an hour at the end of the night. 4th on the River starts at 2pm. Fireworks at 9:30pm.
