Kerrville moved to Stage 2, Water Conservation this morning at midnight. The details of Stage 2 is on the kerrvilletx.gov. Changing drought conditions and the rehabilitation progress on the city’s water wells prompted the move. Also, in several recent actions, limit property owners are limited in using both municipal water and groundwater within the same property.
