Kerrville - Tivy grad killed in car crash

Recent Tivy High School graduate dies from injuries in a car crash near Upper Turtle Creek. Ethan Michael Brengal was traveling on TX 16 South near West Creek Road Thursday afternoon. Speed may have been the cause of Brengal losing control of his Corvette which crossed over and hit an oncoming vehicle according to Texas DPS. Brengal was airlifted to University Hospital where he died. His passenger and the other driver suffered injuries but are going to be okay. According to family, Ethan had enlisted in the Navy. Friends have created a gofundme page for expenses.
