Kerrville Tivy’s Homecoming is this week. Thursday is the HOCO parade and pep rally. The parade theme is Stars at Night Are Big and Bright. The line-up is at Hugo Street next to Wells Fargo. It begins at 6:15pm. It will go down Water Street to the Star at Earl Garret. A pep rally follows in the parking lot of One Schreiner Center.
