Kerrville - Water Conservation

The City of Kerrville is calling on the community to make water-wise choices. Lawn and landscape irrigation accounts up to 35 percent use of the city's total drinking water. Reducing lawn watering, using drought-resistant plants, and watering only during permitted times are simple yet impactful steps that can be taken. In the coming weeks, the city will continue its enhanced public education efforts and increase enforcement by actively monitoring water usage. The city is currently in Stage 3 Water Conservation.
