Kerrville ISD transitions to new testing. According to the Daily Times, the national Measures of Academic Process assessment to be discontinued as the ISD will move toward Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills-aligned assessments beginning in the next school year. Julee Broskoff outgoing assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction and her successor Sonerka Mouton outlined plans to replace MAP Growth testing with TEKS Ready assessments to the board of trustees. They also cited a cost savings of 50 thousand dollars annually.
