The Kerrville Police Department and the Citizens Academy Alumni are taking applications now for the Blue Santa program. Blue Santa gives out toys and clothes for families in need at Christmas. The Kerrville Rotary Club also participates by providing food packages. Applications are available in the KPD lobby on Sidney Baker. Application deadline is Friday, October 27th.
