KPD Personnel of the Year

Kerrville Police Department announced their personnel of the year at their Christmas celebration on Friday. Officer of the year is Jeff Robitaille, (Robe -y-ty) Supervisor of the Year is Sergeant Jason Beard and Mary Hernandez, is Civilian Employee of the Year.
