Planned Power Outage in Kerrville for customers in the Thompson Dr area. Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. KPUB will repair flood-related damages to a river power line crossing. Affected are all of The Landing Apartments, select customers along Thompson Drive, Knapp Road and Shepphard Rees.
