Marble Falls - Fire station dedicat for Fire Chief Michael Phillips

Marble Falls flood victim commemorated at new fire station according to dailytrib.com. The Marble Falls Area Fire Department dedicated the station in Fire Chief Michael Phillips name. Phillips perished on his way to a call in the early morning hours of July 5 as flood waters swept through Central Texas. Although, his vehicle was recovered, his body was not. Besides being a volunteer fire fighter for 30 years, Phillips was an Airforce veteran and a 20 year employee of the Marble Falls ISD.
