Due to Governor Abbots drought disaster declaration, the Texas Water Company moved Medina County water users into Stage 4 drought restrictions earlier this week. Water supply levels in surface water and groundwater sources has declined. This, along with the high demand for landscape irrigation, has resulted in critically low water storage levels.
