New Braunfels - Army recruiter arrested

New Braunfels man arrested for felony sexual performance of a child.  An arrest warrant was issued by the New Braunfels Police Department for Marcel Ian Moreno, a recruiter for the US Army. Moreno was arrested last Friday at Fort Sam Houston for a 2nd degree felony Sexual Performance of a Child. Moreno was part of a joint investigation with the New Braunfels Police and the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division. He alleged used his role as a recruiter for the Army to have an intimate relationship with a 17-year old female that he met while at a recruiting event at New Braunfels High School. 2 more victims have been found
