Otto Arnim, New Ingram Police Chief

Ingram has a new police chief, Otto Arnim. Arnim spent 8 years with La Salle County Sheriff and 25 years with Texas Department of Public Safety reports the West Kerr Current. He was introduced to City Council last week.
