Free New Year’s Eve fireworks display in Pipe Creek. The Pipe Creek Community Center invite the public to the free event in their parking lot. They suggest spectators arrive 5:45PM to 6:15PM. The Center is located at the corner of Highway 16 and FM 1683. (stock photo)
