The Post Oak Trail Project continues in Fair Oaks Ranch. A chip seal is being added today on the northbound lane. The project starts at 10am. Work is expected to be completed by 5pm. Residents on Post Oak Trail are advised to plan for the following: (1) leave for work or personal business before 10am; (2) park in an alternate location if leaving or returning after 10am; and (3) wait until the chip seal work in front of your driveway is complete before driving over it. For any specific needs, please contact the contractor’s Superintendent, Jesus (Tavo) Marquez, at 512-801-1343 to coordinate specific needs with construction activities.
