Ralph Fair Junior passes away

Ralph Fair Junior passed away at the end of May. He was 90 years old. Fair is known as the Father of Fair Oaks Ranch. After his father passed away in 1975, the Fair ranch was turned into a development and incorporated in 1988 as Fair Oaks Ranch.  Fair’s services are set for 2pm Friday at the First Baptist Church.
