Ryan Wallace - dies from Bastrop accident injuries

Second person involved in the Bastrop school bus crash on Friday has died. Ryan Wallace a University of Texas PHD student was following the bus in his Dodge Charger when the bus was hit head on by a concrete truck. His car hit the rear of the bus. Wallace was 33 years old.
