San Marcos to enter Stage 4 Sunday

Another Hill Country town enters Stage 4 Drought restrictions. San Marcos has given their residents advance notice that on Sunday, Stage 4 will take effect. Canyon Lake is their main source of water and the lake is now below 70 percent capacity. The details are posted at Sanmarcostx.gov.
