Schreiner gets 3 million dollars - Department of Education

Schreiner University in Kerrville receives 3 million dollars from the Department of Education. The Title 5 grant is awarded to higher education institutions with Hispanic enrollment of 25 percent for full time undergraduates. Schreiner now has a 40 percent Hispanic enrollment. The grant provides the University to add more programs.
