Kerrville ISD has a new Assistant Superintendent of Administration and Human Resources. Shelby Balser was approved by the Board of Trustees on Monday. Ms. Balser is the current Principal of Tivy High School. She was recently named Outstanding Principal of the Year by the Texas Association of Secondary Schools. Balser replaces Wade Ivy who is now with New Braunfels ISD. Balser will start her new duties when a new principal is hired.
