Southwest Airlines to discontinue free bag check-in

Your bags won’t be flying for free anymore on Southwest Airlines. The company announced they will start charging for bags in late May according to the San Antonio Business Journal. Rapid Rewards A-List Preferred Members and Business Select Fliers will still get 2 free checked bags and A-List members will get one. Also, changes have been made to the Rewards program.
