Texas Cowboy Monument - 100 years old

The Texas Cowboy Monument gracing the Texas Capitol Grounds in Austin turns 100 years old. According to Texas Coop Power, the bronze statue is the work of New Yorker Constance Whitney Warren who never stepped foot in Texas. Warren just wanted to donate it to a Western state and Texas accepted it.
