Texas Lottery Commission decommissioned

TDLR or the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation is now the new regulator for the Texas Lottery. The Texas Lottery Commission has been dissolved, moving all lottery and charitable bingo operations to the TDLR as of September 1^st. The move doesn’t affect Texans ability to purchase lottery tickets or participate in bingo games.
