The Texas Rural Funders are advocating for Proposition 8. It’s one of the 14 constitutional amendments on the November 7th ballot. There is a fund of 1.5 billion dollars available for broadband infrastructure. It can only be released with voters approval. One in 4 households don’t have broadband access. Texas Rural Funders advocates for education, healthcare, natural resources and infrastructure in rural Texas.
