Tin Man Water Tower gets historical marker Bandera

Today at 3pm the Bandera Historical Commission is unveiling a historical marker for their Tin Man Water Tower. Built in 1940, it’s only one of 6 in Texas. The water tower resembles the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz. The ceremony is at 11th and Cedar.
