TX AG Ken Paxton acquitted

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s suspension is lifted. He’s back to work. Paxton was acquitted of 16 out of 20 articles of impeachment on Saturday. The other 4 cases are dismissed. He’s not out of the woods yet. Paxton faces federal charges of securities fraud. Reports the Texas Tribune.
