TX AG Ken Paxton in court today

Suspended Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton goes to court today in Houston after years of delays. He was charged with securities fraud back in 2015. He’s accused of defrauding investors in a tech start-up. The felony charge carries a punishment of 99 years in jail. This case is separate from Paxton’s impeachment case.
