Governor Greg Abbott rang the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Thursday. It was in celebration of Texas Capital Bank launching an ETF, exchange traded fund and funds management division. Abbott joined the Bank Executives for the historic event. Texas leads the nation on the Exchange and is the only state with an ETF.
