USA -Ruskan - Legion of Merit Medal

U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Scott Ruskan, who saved over 160 people at Camp Mystic in Texas was honored by President Donald Trump during his State of the Union address.  Ruskan was awarded the Legion of Merit medal, for military members for exceptional conduct.
