Utopia ISD is having a bond election on November 7th. The bond is for 58 million dollars. If passed, the Interest & Sinking tax will increase by 50 cents. The list of bond projects includes a new main building and demolition of the old main building, Gym renovation, Track and Field improvements, Tennis courts and a Career and Technical Education facility.
