The Cleland Dole Act now allows VA benefits to those denied who served from 1941 to 1946. Kerr County Veterans Services Officer Jennifer Sanchez encourages those previously denied services to apply. The VA cannot automatically enroll you. Sanchez says there’s no enrollment fees, premiums or deductibles. Call the VSO office for more information or the Kerrville VA Medical Center.
