Waterfowl hunting starts in Texas

Waterfowl hunting starts this weekend in the High Plains Mallard Management Unit, South Zone waterfowl hunting starts next Saturday, November 4th. Waterfowl hunting in the North Zone which includes the hill country starts the following Saturday, November 11th. For a list of what’s required to hunt, visit tpwd.texas.gov.
