It’s Weinatchts weekend in Boerne. Saturday is the Weinatchts parade. A portion of Main Street between Johns Road and School Street closes at 3 p.m., Then at 4pm the rest of Main through Hosack closes. All cars must be off the parade route by 4 p.m. Allow extra time to commute through downtown Saturday afternoon. Detours will be in place. Police officers will direct traffic. To bypass the closure on Main Street use School Street, Adler, Oak Park and Herff Road.
