Windridge Annexation and TIRZ

The City of Kerrville decides to annex the Windridge housing development. Councilman Roman Garcia is the only opposing vote. City council also approved the TIRZ the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone for Lennar Homes, developer of Windridge. Councilman Garcia again was the dissenting vote.
