Wine Country LLC permit denied

Gillespie County Judge Daniel Jones denied a mass gathering permit for Wine Country LLC. Wine Country filed for the permit for a planned festival in Albert Texas for 2024. Immediately area citizens grouped together and voiced concerns against the festival. After a public hearing, Judge Jones denied the permit. Infrastructure was a major concern. Promoter Marcus Federman had similar issues with Float Fest in Gonzales. Reports the Standard Radio Post.
