11th Street Bar in Bandera was approved for 50 thousand dollars in HOT funds. HOT funds are hotel occupancy tax money used for tourism and the convention/hotel industry. Owner D. Foster requested more but Bandera City Council is projecting to collect only 60 thousand this year. Foster says he’s spent over 100 thousand promotional dollars. Reports the Bandera Prophet.
