Texas secures 300 million dollars from an opioid settlement with CVS reports the Texas Attorney General’s Office. In May, Texas received 340 million dollars from Walgreens in a similar settlement. The Attorney General’s office is encouraging all Texas political subdivisions to file claims for settlement and grant money from the global opioid settlement.
