Bandera - new Marshal Heidelberg

Bandera has a new Marshal. According to the Bandera Prophet, after the removal of Marshal Nancy DeFoster, Earl Heidelberg was named Interim Marshal. Heidelberg is now officially the Marshal for Bandera. He’s an 11 year veteran.
