Bandera creates a Noise Ordinance Committee due to residential noise complaints. The committee will review the current noise ordinance. The residential decibel limit is 63. A third of the noise complaints are for the 11th Street Bar. The bar was given a special sound permit of 70 decibels from 10pm to midnight. The mayor said it was a staff blunder.
