Blanco Co - Names released of victims of deadly crash

An update on the multiple fatalities’ vehicle crash in North Blanco County last week.  According to Texas DPS, first responders were dispatched to US HWY 281 N at Ranch Road 1323 for a major accident. A driver failed to yield to traffic and hit a vehicle which created a chain effect. 3 patients whose names have not been released were transported to a regional trauma center. The 3 people killed whose names have been released are Annett Morales, 27, her 4 year old son, Carlos Morales the 4th and Larry Higgins, 71 were pronounced deceased on scene.  The crash remains under investigation by DPS. Charges may be filed.
