The Special Operations Division of the Kerr County Sheriff’s Department arrested a San Antonio man for Manufacture and Delivery of a controlled substance. They seized about 15 grams of a powdery substance that looked like cocaine and a bag of Xanax. The men were pulled over after a meeting was arranged by investigators to buy drugs. Leonel Arteaga was detained and booked into the Kerr County Jail.
