Comanche Trace annexing 100 acres

Kerrville City Council approves the first reading of an ordinance for the annexation of 100 acres to Comanche Trace. The Comanche Trace Development Company LP owns the acreage next to Comanche Trace and requested the annexation. Concerns for the annexation and development are water availability, increase in traffic and any new regulations.
