Dixie Chicks founding member killed

A founding member of the Dixie Chicks. Now known as the Chicks was killed Friday. Laura Lynch was 65. She was traveling near El Paso, when a vehicle attempting to pass another hit her head-on. That driver had non-life threatening injuries. Lynch died at the scene. She left the band in 1995 before they hit it big.
